Get rid of stained lips!

Step one: After wiping off your luxurious (more than likely) BRIGHT red/pink/burgundy lipstick, scrub your lips gently with an emollient scrub.
Step two: Gently swipe over lips with a makeup remover to get off any excess product that came up from exfoliating.
Step three: REALLY REALLY OVERLY MOISTURIZE! Slather that stuff on like there's no tomorrow baby! The lip balm will help draw in moisture basically kicking the soaked in color out the door! It's best if you sleep with the balm on so it can work it's magic overnight.
Now just wipe off the lip balm in the morning (yes you should have put enough on so that it's still there in the morning!) and POOF! Clean, moisturizer and most importantly... Normal colored lips! Yay!
Hope this helps some of ya!
Thank you so much for reading!

Sultry Yet Nude Valentines Day GRWM

In case you didn't know... GRWM means Get Ready With Me! So let's get started!
If you're like me... You get the lovely pleasure of working on the wonderful V-Day. Retail takes no holidays!
By the time I get home I will more than likely need to start over and refresh!
So first thing is first...

WASH HANDS!!! I don't want the dirt and grime from the day to get on my face!
Yuck! I need to get rid of that worn out makeup. I just used a cleansing oil by Garnier.
I put together a quick little mask to help rejuvenate my tired skin using witch hazel, green clay powder, and avocado oil and I left it on for 5 minutes.  Or, I mean, you could just go out like this. It's a pretty sexy look if you ask me!

Because I want to do other things while I get ready like paint my toe nails... or eat pretzels... I set a timer.
Popping on some moisturizer and some MAC Strobe cream to keep my skin lookin' FRESH!
To help make my skin look flawless I want to use a pore filling primer. I chose the Smashbox Photo Finish. (LUUUUUUUURVE that primer!) I made sure to place the primer anywhere my makeup tends to fade easily and of course over the life size craters we call pores that I was so graciously gifted with. :P
My skin is now ready for take off, or foundation and concealer. Ya know... same thing really.

Using the greatest tool known to man (Your HANDS!) I pressed my tinted moisturizer (Tarte Amazonian Clay BB) all over my face avoiding the eye area, and then the same thing with a more concealer (Kevin Aucoin Sensual Skin Enhancer) like product on top of any nonconformist facial issues and under my eyes.
Powdering up and bronzing any places I want to look a little more sunken in, aka skinnier!
Blushing up the back of my cheek bones with Lorac Peach blush! I love this stuff. It makes my skin look so healthy!
Then I chose to spray over everything with a refreshing spray to take away any of the powderyness that comes with using powder products.

Now where the sultriness comes in! The EYES!
I pressed a maroon base on my lid and blended it out with my finger.
Now using the Urban Decay Naked 3,
I pressed dust over the entire lid, highlighted my inner corner with Strange, blended Nooner into and above my creasy, and then gently blended Factory onto 2/3rds of my lash line.
Then I SLOWLY, SLOWLY, SLOWLY (did you get that you need patience here?) added Blachheart in the crease until I was happy with the dept of color. Then I just made sure the seams were blended... well... seamlessly.
I lined my upper lash line with a black felt tip liner and then a spunky metallic purple eye liner (literally the actual name) by Jane.
Then I just added a brown and black liner mix to my water line and A TON of mascara!
On my lips I decided to wear a Revlon matte balm in Colplex and Philosophy gloss in Birthday Cake.
And That Completes my hopefully Sultry Soft V-day look! What do you think?

Thank you so much for reading! I hope everyone has a lovely Valentines day! And no worries if you don't have someone special to spend it with. Just remember that its just a Hallmark holiday to get you to buy chocolates and cutesie cards!! You'll be alright!
