Hello, wherever you are! I have to say, as a person I really don't have an opinion on Kesha. But in her videos she always ALWAYS looks flawless! So I decided to do my own little take on her gorgeous makeup from the Crazy Kids video.
So let's do it big!
To get some baby smooth and glowing skin we need to start with primer.
Apply a silicone based primer(Too Faced Primed and Poreless) to any areas where pores are an issue. For me its my forehead and right next to my nose on my cheeks.
Aaaaand stop... wait a few seconds for the primer to sink in.
Now apply a highlighting primer (Pixi Flawless Beauty Primer) to the high points of your face like the cheekbones, top and tip of the nose, forehead, cupids bow, and chin.
Dot on a full coverage foundation (Tarte Amazonian Clay Foundation) and blend with a damp sponge to create flawless coverage but keep it looking more like your skin. Nobody likes cake face. For real!
Apply a neutral concealer (Benefit Boi-ing concealer) with a brightening concealer (Lorac Touch Up and Go) to your under eyes to get rid of any dark circles and bags. We need to look fresh and awake!
Using a fine milled powder (Ben Nye Cameo Powder) set any places your foundation tends to crease or break down.
This is a very bronzey summery look. So what would it be with out bronzer (Benefit Hoola)... obviously! Hit all of your normal contours, under the cheek bones, around the forehead, and nose. Don't forget to bring the bronzer slightly up the apples of the cheeks to achieve the sultry well sunned look.
The brows for this look are very natural so using a light brown pencil (Essence Brow Pencil) fill in the back half of your brow. Avoid the hairs closest to your nose.
Apply a golden eyeshadow base (Estee Lauder Double Wear Shadow Cream in Buttercream) to your entire lid.
Take a taupe eyeshadow and blend in a windshield wiper motion right in that crease.
To deepen the crease add a dark brown and blend thoroughly! Really blend blend blend.
Going back into the taupe, blend right underneath the front of your brow to add depth.
Mixing a gold and light bronze press the shimmery shadow onto your lid and just under your brow bone. Pressing will help lessen any fall out that comes with shimmery shades.
Line the water line with a nude pencil (Rimmel Scandaleyes in Nude).
Mixing taupe and mauve shadows swipe along the lower lash line. Connect the back end of the shadow but let the front end taper off with the natural shape of your eye.
Push a black shadow right into those upper lashes to deepen the look of your natural lash line. Add a little flick at the end to lift your eyes.
Now golden up your lips with some nude shimmery lipstick. (Starlooks in BFF)
All you need now is some mascara and lashes!
And YOU"RE DONE and shining like a star for your next summer night out!
Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope everyone is having a fantastic summer and will try this look out!
Much love and thanks!!
