A Spicy Pin UP Halloween Tutorial!

Want to feel a little bit sexy this Halloween, but don't want to look like a...
Hahaha! A pin up (Rosie the Riveter) look is a great way to do that.
Start off with my flawless base tutorial
Contour underneath your cheekbones and around the perimeter of your forehead.

Add a pinky blush to the apples of your cheeks.

BROWS BROWS BROWS! Did I mention the brows? One of three essential parts of a pin up.

Brush through your brows to even them out and put them into place. With a brown brow pencil, draw an upward slanted line from the beginning of your brow
Now from the top of that line draw an angled line down.

Fill in the rest of your brow following the arched shape that you make. Then brush through gently to soften the color with a spooly brush (or like I used, a disposable mascara wand)

Conceal around your brow with a concealer that matches your skin tone and a small detail concealer brush. then underline your brow with a dark brown shadow and angled liner brush.
Sweep a pale shimmery eyeshadow over the entire lid up to the brow.
Place a pale peachy shadow on your mobile lid.

Blend a light brown shadow into your crease using windshield wiper motions. (If you have a hard time finding your crease, open your eye and rest the brush where you can feel the top of your eyeball on your lid. That should be where your crease is!)
Now place a deep brown shadow on the outer corner of your eyelid and underneath the lower lash line.
With a liquid liner, line your upper lash line.

THE WINGED LINER!! 2nd in the trio of important things!
Following the angle of your lower lash line make your wing as far up as you would like to go. (The further up, the more dramatic)
Now going from the top of your wing to the center of your lash line finish your wing.
Then just fill it in and pat over with a black eyeshadow to make sure it is set.
Once you've done this you can use what you have to make it more dramatic if you'd like!
Way easier than you expected RIGHT?
I highlighted my brow a bit more with the shimmery white shadow and then lined my waterline with a skin tone colored pencil.

Add your mascara and really pile it on. If you mess up like I did it's okay. Don't touch it until you finish your mascara. Then simply wipe it away with a cotton swab, add more eyeshadow if you really need to.
And last but NOT LEAST in the 3 Important things.
A RED LIP!
Line and fill in your lip with a rosy lip liner. (This will add a bit of extra depth to the red)

Then with a small lip brush (for added precision) fill in your lips with your favorite shade of red lipstick.I used my Cailyn lip balm in Big Apple.
And YOU'RE DONE!!

Thank you for reading! If this helped anyone wanting to do a pin up look for Halloween please let me know. I would love to see your costume!
Hope you enjoyed!
